Bibleland Sunday School Ministry

Bibleland opening

The Sunday School ministry offers Sunday morning classes for children age 3 through 12th grade. Groups meet on Sunday mornings from 10:10 am to 11:00 a.m. throughout the school year. Preschool through 5th grade meets together in The Gathering and then breaks into age groups for Bible lessons. 6th – 8th grade youth meet in the youth room for J.A.M. (Jesus and Me) time.  9th – 12th grade youth meet in the Omega Room for Caffeine + Christ.

Vacation Bible School Ministry

Vacation Bible School is a week long annual summer event designed to help children learn about the Bible, celebrate Jesus’ good news and enjoy Christian fellowship.

VBS is open to all children (ages 3 through 5th grade) in the community. Contact Jessica Rudy for more information and for volunteer opportunities.

Vacation Bible School June 18-22, 2018

9am—noon or 8:30am—5pm

VBS 9-12 $25/week or Full Day $100/week
3 hours of Bible School programing:

Pastor Jim will lead all participants in learning the day’s Bible Buddy, Bible Verse and Bible Song.

Your child will join children of their age group and be lead in activities including crafts, Bible Stories, music and games.
3 year old— entering 5th grade

Full Day Option


Full Day children will participate in VBS from 9-12.

Afternoon activities will be with camp counselors from Living Water Ministries and include games, crafts, outdoor fun and more!

Must be entering Kindergarten to participate in Full Day.

Bring own lunch & afternoon snacks will be provided.

First Communion Ministry

First Communion at Zion consists of two classes on a Sunday afternoon and one Saturday retreat with the family. The program begins in the late January.  Children, approximately 9 years old or in 4th grade, are encouraged to participate.
